30-day return requests
Contact VelociBeauty within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Include your order number or proof of purchase.
How to request a return
Email velocibeauty@yahoo.com before sending anything back. We will provide the return address, instructions and information about any applicable return shipping costs. Do not send returns to an address on the parcel without confirming it with us.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. Include photos where possible. Change-of-mind restrictions do not remove your rights concerning faulty goods.
Refunds and exchanges
After reviewing your return, we will email the outcome. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; your payment provider may need additional processing time. Contact us to discuss exchanges before ordering a replacement.
Your consumer rights
Mandatory cancellation and consumer rights remain available where applicable, including any legally required cooling-off rights.
